* Owners pay an 18% MGMT Fee only on the booking.
*We pay owners electronically by the 20th of each month.
*FMV submits payments for the Sales & use tax for both Pinellas County and Florida State Revenue for our owners on their behalf.
*Owners have a back agent portal to keep up to date on all of their rentals.
*We manage multiple websites that market rental properties.
*We syndicate with websites to drive bookings such as VRBO, Airbnb, Trip Advisor, Home to go, Furnished Finder, Facebook and our own website.
*We have full-time staff 7 days a week.
*We have a full-time maintenance staff.
*We offer online enterprise payment solutions.
*Vendors that can handle any issue and who are insured.
*We offer Travel insurance to our guest at their option
*We require liability insurance on every stay, Paid for by the guest, covering our guests owners and ourselves.
